I eat protein every day, fat included. Some days it's ground beef, most of the time it's chicken and fish. I eat baby carrots in the evening to combat that snacky feeling 😂. I also leave 250 calories in my daily allowance for straight up junk food. Chips, a candy bar, a muffin..what ever I want. I don't deny myself any type of food, I just limit how MUCH of it I can have...and I tell ya..I didn't have many issues at all with feeling deprived. It took about 3 days to get used to not constantly grazing, which is how I gained so much. I used my timer on my phone to help with that feeling of needing to eat something, and then after I got used to that, I just wanted until my stomach actually growled before I ate anything. All in all, the change took about 3-4 weeks. Fats, veggies, tons of fruit and heavy, fatty proteins daily have made this a success..and it's something I enjoy so I will be able to sustain it long term. And it's working well 😊
