Did about an hour of walking yesterday (to and from SAIT) plus 8 hours at work. By about 7:30pm the muscles in my legs started to ache! Seems it did some good though. Not far now to 169, then I can start crossing out the numbers on my wall. :) I am looking forward to that, it's very gratifying!

Ugh, walking... I hate it! I should be doing plenty of it on Friday, but at least its for a FUN reason. :P
