I am not following any kind of plan and so that is why I am not losing any weight. I will have to follow a plan starting today if I am to lose weight before June. I am committing to starting today and moving forward with this.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 April 2011:
1048 kcal Fat: 24.84g | Prot: 64.58g | Carb: 153.11g.   Breakfast: v fusion, egg whites, egg, light wheat bread, light country crock butter. Lunch: chicken lunch meat, light wheat bread, v fusion, peanut butter, light wheat bread. Dinner: pepperidge farm light style bread. Snacks/Other: skittles, zone protein bar, strawberries, dannon strawberry cheesecake light and fit. more...
