Pretty sore in my delts from yesterday's push-ups. 100 sit-ups and 25 push ups today. Also ran 5 miles with Yuki and did a leh workout.

65 min, on bike. 100 sit-ups and 55 push-ups. I did eat a chocolate bar (220 cal.) dipped in 1tbs. Pb, naughty... I also did 55 squats.
