Hello all, I am back its has been a very bad two weeks. I fell of the exercise and diet completely. I am almost afraid to look at the scale but I will have to on Tuesday when I go to the Doctor's office. But I am going back. I have to start phase two one way of another. Phase two is basically exercise twice a day and really looking at what I am eating. I must say I am sorry for falling off. I have no one to blame but myself. I am here to correct it. I hope I cn still do it. Tommorrow I start my diet again and exercising.
