well, now I've exceeded my daily points and the extra 35. I tried hard. I wasn't hungry. I shouldn't have had the cookies. I don't know why I did. I need to be aware of what I'm eating.

How many cookies did u have? I don't think they hurt u if u had say like 2 and don't have them everyday, but what could hurt u is the spaghetti if the noodles weren't whole wheat noodles

I had three cookies, and whole wheat pasta. I always have whole wheat grains (Bread, rice, pasta, etc). Trying to eat better!

I hear ya that's good but I don't think those cookies well hurt ya as long as u don't go crazy with them the processed foods will hurt ur diet
