I am starting to track my food...even if its the bad stuff. This is huge for me, because if I slip, I usually ignore it and just stop tracking all together.
I am down 1 pound this week. I hope I don't sabotage myself again and mess it up. Going to try as hard as humanly possible to be good.
Going to run today...still don't "enjoy" it but I am not dreading it either. Need to train for this upcoming 5k...still have not made it to 3 miles, and really struggling, but I think I will be ok. I will not let my negative thoughts get me down.

Never, never, never give up.
