The last week has been an orgy of eating out and eating those leftovers. After the Mexican, which lasted me a week, we went out to Italian Colors for dinner before the show. I ordered shrimp scampi, an appetizer, and it came with sour dough bread and butter. None leftover. There were 6 shrimp: perfect size. The sauce was over the top good. Too bad that the kitchen never produced the Brussels Sprouts appetizer that Pam and I were going to share. I felt awful that my meal included no vegetable. Sue gave me a couple bites of her salad. Sunday night, we were off to the family birthday party for Barb and Betsey. They chose curry. We went to a new place in Walnut Creek. Yuk! First off, the place was dirty. Soiled table cloth. Dirty floor. Disgusting food. Sargam. Don't go back!!! Tuesday, Sue wants her birthday dinner at the Brass Door. They have changed. I'll just get a steak.
