Bar mitzvah week- threw the diet out. I know I need to go completely simple-foods again but can't bring myself to leave out wheat when there is so much delicious non-gf food still around. So, yesterday am was u-d twice and ibs symptoms after. Today am was u-d. While company was here my gut didn't roll so much and gas was controllable- another piece in the puzzle- loneliness?
