okay so 1 week down and i lost 5 pounds! im pretty happy with that and I would love to maintain that weight loss weekly. this week is just started but already proving to be slightly harder. i just have to keep pushing myself and know that on Friday i get my cheat meal! until then no slips whatsoever! Here I go....
