only down 1 pound this week. this is week 3 for me and thats a total of 10 pounds. im happy but in order for me to lose my 15 pounds a month goal this summer i need 5 pounds lost by next week. so kicking it into overdrive. Happy Easter everyone!

So happy i lost 4 pounds this week. that's 9 pounds total and only 6 more to go this month for me to hit my monthly goal.

my cheat day was amazing. my husband and i did mexican food and it was sinful. but now i am back at work with my diet then weigh in day is Sunday. crossing fingers for a good result!!!

okay so 1 week down and i lost 5 pounds! im pretty happy with that and I would love to maintain that weight loss weekly. this week is just started but already proving to be slightly harder. i just have to keep pushing myself and know that on Friday i get my cheat meal! until then no slips whatsoever! Here I go....
