Hello , I actually weighed in on thursday night and I had lost 3.8 lbs, on my first week. I am very encouraged !!! I have been exercising -walking , and some cardio via dvd , also I did some toning with light weights . Been good most days ,as far as eatng goes !
194.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
