Okay, so I actually had the sesame snaps and the soy/flax chips for "lunch," and then ate the multi-grain crackers and half the chicken and broccoli for a "snack"... but does order really matter?
Oh, and also, when I am at the office, I make sure to walk up to the 6th floor at least ONCE that day. If I'm tired/sore/lazy the other times, at least I got that one stair climb.
