yup. TMI. Ill be delicate. lol. Eating a higher protien diet has its challenges. Im NOT doing keto, just eating to feel full longer. Suggestions for a backed up log ride that isnt otc meds, or high calorie foods? More fiber..yes. Any other suggestions?

flax meal. also a probiotic like align helped me when I tried keto. high protein doesn't seem to bother me but I eat lots of oatmeal.

Ive never tried a probiotic. That might be a great addition overall. Thanks for that suggestion!!
