I don't know how I'll stay on track next week. Going "home" to Montreal for a week.

I am, however, staying in a place with a full gym so plan on working out every day to offset all my favourite foods that I must have.

i think you have a good plan! there's no shame in endulging every once in awhile, and ur going "home" and it'll be a special time for you! do not deprive yourself. :)

enjoy montreal the best you can!! I LOVE this city. there is always something to see, I used to walk a lot there. that was a good exercise too! and you have a good plan ready, so have a good week!
