Avatar is homemade sausage. Bear sausage. The bratwurst is absolutely the best braut I have ever tasted. We also made farmer and salami. The farmer is like a really good beef sausage. The salami is acceptable. Well worth our time.

Still sorting out my attitude. Looking forward to the 'Binge be gone!!!' challenge at the beginning of October. Oh, yeah. See that treat? Don't take the first bite! That's the rule.
