Food For Thought:

It just dawned on me and I'm sure this has been brought up before. Why doesn't Fatsecret break meals up more than just breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack/other??? I think it would be such a better tracking tool if it actually breaks it up into meal 1, meal 2, meal 3, etc. With the option to add the meals as you go along with time stamps! How genius?! Not only does it help ourselves track our times between meals better but it also allows others to see how we schedule our meals in and at the optimal times that could potentially represent the progress we do! I find myself eating 6-8 meals a day. And most of them end up falling under "snacks". It would be nice to see how my calorie breaks down per meal rather than total snacks.

Eh....what do I know?! =T

Thought complete.

Other sites have it. There are a bunch of features I wish FS had...like water tracking, vitamin level tracking, and more exercise options. If you really want to stick with this awesome site (and the best community ever) you can add what time you ate your meals next to their description (grapes, 50g, 10:00AM).

That is a novel idea Tubbs! Sheesh, you are one smart cookie aren't ya? My first thought is it would be meticulous, but then again, aren't we all meticulous already by tracking calories so what's a few more words to type? =P

Ooohoohoo! Thanks :D I used to do it all the time, but then started using my phone more to track food...but my stupid app won't let me modify the spelling of anything I eat. Now that i'm in front of a computer now though...I think I'll get back into it! Thanks for the kick in the bum

Good morning gerdik! Many fs people are wishing for that idea you mentioned. Most of us do have more than three meals a day. Your food intake looks excellent and your workouts are just amazing. Keep up the great work and have a wonderful Thursday buddy!:)
