Free Strava App~ For smartphone use, you'll need to download the free Strava app. Simply open your device's app store (the App Store for iPhones and Google Play for Android devices), search for Strava, and download the app.

I'm over here trying to figure out if I can run 1k in a year, that's 83 miles a month, but I'm only up to 70ish right now, but theoreticallyyyyy it will go way up if I keep running halfs all year soooo why not!

@Asarver ~ Great to hear that & I'm quite confident you will be the first to complete this challenge👍 !! BTW, It doesn't have to be for running only. It can be a slow walk, evening stroll, hiking & mowing a large lawn. As for me, I like to do 'fast walk' instead of a full blast running in order to save my knees for long endurance bike ride/cycling. ✔🎵👍🌈

I'll have to start recording how much I walk during leaf blowing 😂😂😂 you will definitely get there bike riding for sure!!

Hi Asarver, My Progress report to rattle a cage a bit 😅 (just messin' with you) LoL I've done 19.3 miles so far but suddenly my 2nd right toe is in pain ~ Metatarsalgia> Need at a day to nurse it.. please HELP !

hmm. I just checked my Fitbit numbers. averaged 6.33 miles a day at work. was over 2k for the year. I'm cheating.

Sure will do. I think a new thick-cushioned/padded running shoes may help.
