This is my first journal entry...I'm am determined to stick with it this time! I have worked out off and on for the last 20 years, probably mor off than on...and now at 43, I MUST stick with it. I think it was the looming "cottage cheese dimples" on the back of my thighs that really gave me incentive this time. LMAO!

I am managing to stay between 700 - 1100 calaries a day. Really trying to keep at that 800 mark. I wonder has anyone else done a Jillian Michaels workout? OMG!! She really kicks your butt!

I try to keep variety with my workouts...that way I don't get bored.
Well, back to work....until next time!
