Having a good day so far... At the gym this morning I did 2 miles on the treadmill, and 7 miles cycling. My legs are already sore! I try to increase my time/distance little by little each day, and it's definitely paying off. When I first started going to the gym in March, I could barely do 20 minutes of walking. I take pics of the numbers when I'm finished on each machine so I can track my progress.
