My first post! I have made a new fatsecret in hopes of having new success in dieting. My last go around 3 years ago resulting in me lost 65 lbs, after that I seemed to stall, making keeping on track difficult. I've tried several times since then to follow a new eating plan only resulting in failure. Although I've kept the major majority of weight I've lost off (even through pregnancy), I can't gain the control to start over, again. Why? I am in control of my life. I make all of my decision... &I can say no to food to keep my success up? I refuse to let anything keep me down, thus I'm writing this in order to regain confidence in myself, which has been lacking. I will be successful.
