I managed to be active every day for at least half an hour for the whole past week. I haven't done that in ages! Usually I counted the weekend as "off" days.

I still haven't noticed much of a change in the scale, but I feel better none the less. I'm going to be going alcohol-free for the next three weeks, since it really throws me off track, not only for that night, but the next day too. Nothing cures a hangover like a huge greasy meal, right? I'll be focusing on continuing my workouts, and eating well, and I hope to see at least 5 pounds gone by April 20th.

I figured out my lack of energy was definitely due to lack of protein. I've been taking a hemp seed protein powder with my shakes in the morning, and it's really helped to boost my energy.

Personal trainer tomorrow at lunch, and today I'll be hitting the gym in my building. I really need to work on my cardio endurance, so the treadmill will be my friend for the next little while. I hope to see the 150's soon!
