So I just got my butt kicked again by my personal trainer, but it was actually really fun! He makes me feel like I'm really making the most out of an hour workout with him, and he pushes me harder than I would ever push myself. It's only been a week, but I'm already feeling better. I think my goal to lose 10 lbs before I go to Mexico is a bit silly. I think I will try to focus more on my long term goal of losing 25 lbs by the end of June (or lets say Canada day). I think if I keep up with my trainer (which will be expensive, but SO worth it) I can reach that goal. I'm working on improving my diet each day, and if I can stay on the wagon for the next three weeks, I think I'll be able to at least get down to 160 by the time we leave for Cabo.

C'mon me!! I can do it!
