I ran 10 kilometres today in 59:33!! I have never been sub 60 minutes before. Boy did that feel amazing. I'm thinking I might try to train for the Mississauga half-marathon in May now. may be maybe maybe.
I am feeling great - lost 34 pounds - Could barely walk for 5 minutes on the treadmill in January. I have 14 weeks to lose another 18 pounds - don't know if I'll get all the way there - even if I can lose another 10 by the wedding I will be thrilled. Sharon, I am going to look good for your wedding - I promise!!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
