D.Jules's Journal, 25 March 2011

This is the first day of journal entries, although I have been exercising for over 3 months now. I have incrementally raised the amount of days a week Im at the gym to 5 over this span of time, and I walk 2-3 miles on the days I dont work from home (which is 3 days a week).

Id hoped to further along by now, but I have to keep reminding myself this is supposed to be a lifestyle change and not a quick fix. I didn't gain it in a day so I'm not going to loose it in a day. So this must be the my mind set going fwd. Ill be 40 next year and I hope to be down to 190 lbs before then, and this journal shall be a log of my successes, failures, and lessons learned.
