WTF!? Gaining muscle or have to go on a war with Carbs? 34.7 % Body Fat
306.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You look better than you ever had. Don't get discouraged, just keep at it. And yes, as you work out Muscle weighs a ton more than fat, so you may go up or down. I would reduce the carbs and do a little more cardio, but dude, you are on the right path. Your inspiring me.
