Help!!! I made cupcakes (which was no doubt a bad idea) and I feel like I'm ruining my diet! They are strawberry cupcakes with cream cheese frosting on top. YUM. I promised myself I would only eat one a day, but here we are, late afternoon, and I've already had too. :( I'm not sure how to handle this. Never make cupcakes again? Try to work out more than once a day? I am just so scared that the few pounds I have managed to loose will suddenly appear again. What should I do???
