Yesterday was not one of my better days of eating. It started with breakfast at a fast-food restaurant. I knew from experience how much I enjoyed the breakfast platter there. What's not to love. It came with two eggs, sausage, hash potato rounds, a big biscuit, and white gravy to pour over everything plus a cup of coffee. It was an 1191 calorie breakfast with only 30 grams of protein. It was a bad choice, but again I enjoyed it. I did okay for lunch and dinner and was still within my calorie allotment. Then late last night I got a case of the munchies and things turned ugly. I ate four pecan Sandies and two fistfuls of cashews.
The result was that I ate "Poorly" at 122% of my calorie goal, slightly exceeded my protein goal, and met all activity goals. 285 kcal deficit // BF↑0.3% // missed Sleep Goal

I had a day like that last week too. I just eat less the rest of the week. Spreading it out over the week seems to hurt less! But, you're a pro. I have no doubt you'll put that behind you and do great today!

I love fast food breakfasts. Before I retired and when I had a long commute I would stop 2 or 3 days a week at McDonald's for a sausage biscuit. I figured early in the day and I had time to burn up the calories.

Thanks, Bearnoggin it was good and manageable. I added insult to injury by late-night snacking. That's the part I find most disappointing. No worries, I got this...

Thanks, Hebrews it did taste good. I can't recommend that breakfast to anyone. It lacks protein for so many calories...

Hi, Fritzy I like MickeyD's breakfast sandwiches too. They are a long way from the 1150 calorie breakfast platter I ate. I should have gone to McDonald's...

Thanks, Ettenauj I'll accept that day pass. I don't feel guilty about my blunder. It's not my first but one of many and most likely not my last. Thanks for your confidence in me...

Sigh...I'm so embarrassed by my attacks, I can't even log my crazy munchies.
Every other day I'm not hitting my deficit.
