Tired. Working + P90X.
I've gained size, but it's evident that my fat% is still too high.
On the scales, naturally I've put on some weight but I know it's from the Lean Mass.
Currently 175 Lbs @ 16% BF. This means I have 28 Lbs of Fat and 147 Lbs of Lean Mass (including my brain/bones)
Realistic Target: 170 Lbs @ 12% BF. (100% Beach-ready Body) 19.8 Lbs of Fat and 145.2 Lbs of Lean Mass
This means I need to Lose: 8.2 Lbs of Fat and Gain: 1.8 Lbs of Lean Mass.
Which also equates to 28,700 calories = roughly a 300 calorie deficit/day. Easily achievable with P90X, I feel.
Ultimate Target: 165-170 Lbs @ 10% BF. (this would surely mean the perfect Body)
Bring it!
