I'm going to retry the intermittent fasting thing, 5:2.

Yesterday was a "fast" day (I put fast in quotations because I don't feel that consuming food is a fast, I feel it's a restricted intake day), and although I did okay, it was still too much. I ate 651 calories instead of 500. I felt REALLY unwell all of yesterday, completely unrelated to the restriction of calories. I've taken 1.5g of paracetamol in 24hrs, and my head is still pounding.

The good news?? I'm down to 132.8. I won't record it because I'm not convinced it's correct. But it is still very nice to see.

Today is a "free day" and tomorrow is another "fasting day".
