1434 kcal Fat: 107.37g | Prot: 84.79g | Carb: 39.61g.   Breakfast: country crock, heavy whipping cream, heinz reduced sugar ketchup, bacon, egg. Lunch: atkins advantage milk chocolate delight shake, red wine vinegar, Extra virgin olive oil, Great value colby and monterey jack shredded cheese, orchard fresh walnuts. Dinner: mock beef tenderloin, pork ribs boneless. Snacks/Other: onion, raw green cabbage, raw mushrooms, black olives, green onion, radish, salad lettuce. more...
