is my word of the week. Have INTENT when you plan a meal, eat a meal, record a meal. INTENT when you plan your exercise, execute your plan, and recover. What is your PURPOSE? HAVE a PURPOSE. HAVE INTENT this week. Otherwise, we go nowhere by design, and by happenstance we go somewhere we may or may not want to be.
