I do not have my eye on the ball. I've been doing this so long (and by "doing this" I mean "obsessing over it, but not changing my behavior long enough to get lasting results") that I am not motivated at all. I'm starting to accept that this is how I am and how I will be the rest of my life: a tall chick with a flabby cellulite coating. That is really TERRIFYING.


I am healthy, and I am in decent shape cardiovascularly and strength-wise, but coated in blubber. I am in a great workout routine right now with Body Pump, running 5ks, soccer, and swimming, but I waste it by eating whatever is in front of me. And if it's not in front of me, I find it and I eat it. I am wasting all this great exercise on pizza or whatever the hell else I can find. That's just gross.

I am a positive person in my regular life, and then when it comes to this stuff, I can only find despair. Yes, very melodramatic. I can't wait for anyone else to kick me in the rear and get me motivated bc I'll be waiting for a looooong time. I'm just not sure what is motivating to me anymore.
