Very stressful and dissapointing Fri and Sat. Yesterday was just sooooo tempting to go back to the old ways of dealing with it by eating. So glad I resisted. However, eating out Thursday and Friday wasn't good! Yesterday was better.

I'm so sorry you've been going through something that would stress you out to the point of even considering old ways... but as you know, old habits will equal the old you! And there's nothing about stress eating that will actually make you feel better. (we just think that at the moment... but it's a lie!) and a fattening lie at that!!! So glad you resisted too!!! (not sure what the eating out comment was all about, as you don't seem to have logged it into your food journal.) Good, bad or indifferent... you should track everything.... gives you a more complete picture week to week on what it actually going on in your body. Hope today is a good one!
