I have not lost weight during this challenge!! Bummer!! I am doing right and will continue to do so--but I am stalled on the weight loss.

dont focus on 'weight' loss. rather focus on mood changes, getting better at things, more energy, how you look and feel! you may be losing fat and building muscle which the scale wont show

Great advice all around! Thank you for the encouragement. You are right, today my husband told me I was looking thin and trim!! Better than any scales. Thank you for reminding me of the more important things.
