Atleast I think it is safe to say i'm definitely 128 no water weight about it! I had not gone to the bathroom yet before weighing in this morning, and my chest feels 30 thousand pounds so I know what that means...i know I had said 127 Friday....but I really do predict 126...fingers crossed! Slept a lot better last night...as long as I stay at 1200 calories and not below I feel better. I am looking soooo much better! My tummy is getting flat...i really need to tone up though. I am supposed to go to the gym today with Liz...going to work on upper arms, legs and tummy with some cardio :) maybe I can get Rick to put the treadmill all together safe so I can do cardio 3 x's a week. At 5 below store they have some 5 pound weights too for toning my arms
