I weighed in today because I did really poorly this weekend. I wanted to weigh in to see just how much weight I gained. I think I use this as a means of motivation - something to get me thinking about doing the right thing all the time.

Doesn't look like you did too poorly since you still lost. I would definitely take it as a positive. I think it's OK to have bad moments just as long as we get back on track. I always seem to have bad weekends anymore, however, come Monday, I'm back on track and working out extra extra hard! Plus, I'm still convinced that this diet works so well not only because it's food groups that are actually good for you, but also that a majority of people only end up eating a max of 1,000 a day. Congrats on your weight loss. Keep going, you are doing good.

Thanks for the encouraging words. I do agree that calorie count is the driving force behind the weightloss. I'm just greatful that I have good choices with this diet!
