Doesn't look like you did too poorly since you still lost. I would definitely take it as a positive. I think it's OK to have bad moments just as long as we get back on track. I always seem to have bad weekends anymore, however, come Monday, I'm back on track and working out extra extra hard! Plus, I'm still convinced that this diet works so well not only because it's food groups that are actually good for you, but also that a majority of people only end up eating a max of 1,000 a day. Congrats on your weight loss. Keep going, you are doing good.
