Hi Everyone,
Fell out the wagon and going back on...I have encourage my daughter to sign up on Fatsecret because I believe this is a very good website to write down everything especially when we go through a life style change.
Today is my first day of South Beach Phase I so I will try by bes to stay on the wagon and not fall off.
