back to original weight of 209.5 after gaining to 215.5. Did really well this week of sticking to 1750 or less calories and workouts were fantastic! I think it's finally sunk in my head on how to do this the right way. My goal for March is to keep at it. A big help is to keep the kitchen clean so i can cook dinner and have lunch for work. Day by Day!! The weather is also changing which is a huge help.
