Feeling a bit weak from trying to lose some weight. Gotta stay strong. I miss especially the sugar. ><

NewEater - try stevia. it's an herb and has no calories. it can be found in stores like whole food market. good luck.

Or erythritol--also a natural alternative. Very low in calories; about 4 calories for 2 tablespoons.

Thank you guys but I cannot find those substitutes where I come from or they are very very costly if I do find them. I tried the artificial sugar and my stomach cannot take it ><
