I am married, have 1 girl & 1 boy. I work p/t for an aerobics research company in Dallas and I live in a small town about an hour away.

I never had a problem with weight until I reached my thirties. I tried several diets but have chosen to simply eat healthier. I never had to watch what I had to eat so it's been a difficult beginning. Since I found the G1 app and this site, it's been a lot easier. I have high blood pressure and am now eating fish, vegetables and breads. I've seen an immediate result and truly believe my change in lifestyle will be the key to losing 20 lbs.

cheat day
I read somewhere that the body compensates for low caloric intake and makes it hard to lose weight. The article suggested a cheat day to throw the body off. I can't find that article but here is another one that advises the best way to cheat. Good luck.
