Really felt this! I had days where I was up for 50+ hours with insomnia. No sleep aids work on me either, except Ambien, and I don't like to take that. I hope you were able to get some sleep! :)

I suffer from insomnia often, but usually manage a couple of hours of sleep. 32 hours without any sleep is really a long time. The tv actually helps me fall asleep.

Davidsprincess, ive lifted before on no sleep, wasnt pretty but it worked. Sometimes you just gotta bite the bullet and hammer down

And maybe it helps you rest better afterwards...

It must be my turn! I went to bed 3 hours ago but I laid there like a wide eyed lemur! Decided to get up and check out FS instead of eating! Glad you finally got some sleep! I can't imagine going that long without!

My hubs suffers from insomnia, wakes frequently. I suggested a sleep study/specialist. We haven't gotten there yet. Diet & night time ritual (blue light from our screens) affects our sleeping pattern. I was told to set tv color to warmer tones. Phones also bluelight filter settings. I wear glasses with blue light filter at night for screen time. My issue is the opposite, I can sleep through anything. I struggle to stay awake. Coffee is the only thing that keeps me awake. It's also a cycle. Is caffeine a part of your diet? Once I fell asleep standing on the commute home.

Ac. did sleep study 2 months after my massive bilateral pulmonary embolism in 2016 , failed miserably, been on c pap since. im told i still need it even after my pte surgery in late 2016 because my lungs have had alot of damage done to them, had bad covid march 2020 and that has hurt lungs even more, i love the machine feel good weither i get 5 hrs of sleep or 8

Coffee and tea actually relaxes me, dont have caffeine issues. I can wake up at 2 or 3 am and most of the time go back to sleep with or without drinking caffeine at that time.
