Second journal for today, but I just HAD to share this with ya'll. This is a facebook post I just saw. It was posted by my future sister-in-law, who is getting married nov. 1st to my BIL.


This is what failure looks like





This woman drives me MAD! She is of extremes, on every account. She has paid over a grand for Jenny Craig meals that she never ate. She has had personal trainers, and nutritionists. She has had memberships at all the fanciest gyms, yet here she is... and she is quite large. She likes to drink and eat, and eat and drink, and party it up. Constantly criticizes her own weight, fishing for compliments I think. NOW, I have offered to help her, one on one. I have offered to help her with her nutrition, and to even work out wit her. She does not want my help, honestly she hates the ground I walk on I'm pretty sure of it.

Yet she does this, over and over again. Posting shit on facebook, her latest diet crazes.

So, kids, if you ever wanted to know how to set yourself up for failure go ahead and follow her lead. Starve yourself and binge, then starve yourself and binge, then wind up heavier than you were before you started.

You would think that if you had someone who had lost 105lbs standing right in front of you, willing to help you, that you would take them up on the offer. But then again, no one ever accused this girl of being smart.

I agree Mrs. Tofu. It caused a brief moment of anxiety for me. I compared it to smoking. I thought about it for years. Saw others around me quit. Saw x-rays of cancer filled lungs. Did hypnosis, which didn't work. I wasn't ready. Had a stroke scare, (it wasn't... nerves in my back down my left leg). It was time.

I laughed at the banana too, shes got about 6 grams of protein on that plate and 40g of carbs. Maybe 150 cal and she is calling that a meal... The thing is I've told her all of this before. She hasn't been heavy all that long, hell not long ago she was significantly smaller than me. Believe me CR, I will be rocking a beautiful dress at their wedding (which my husband and son are taking part in). She's really ugly to me, just so you all know, it's not just me being an enormous judgmental bitch. She thinks that she is above me because her future husband owns a business and they have a lot of money. All name brand everything, big fancy vacations, and talking down to the sister in law. She's lucky I don't charge her for weight loss advice and put her on a high carb, low everything else diet. Ahhhhh well, I know I need to let it go but this particular post really got under my skin. I'm going to go browse beautiful dresses now lol

I gotta say though in defense of the poor, hapless egg white... I HATE egg yolks. Have been eating mostly whites only long before it was a "thing". I'll eat whole eggs scrambled or hard boiled and cut up in tuna. I'll eat a deviled egg if the yolk has been mixed with obscene amounts of mayo - which obviously is a no-go now.

LOL! Especially funny after our conversation about the egg whites. What a nutritious meal!!! (NOT). She's an idiot for not asking for help from someone who can really show her the right way. That's how I got here - saw my cousin was looking and feeling great and she turned me on to this site and the importance of just plain eating healthy and exercising.

Your family get togethers are about to get real interesting. I suggest video taping and in five years you'll have the basis for a good sitcom. Wouldn't that be a great revenge. You get rich off her snobishnish/narcissism and the whole world will see just what she's like.
