Well, today is the day. I go weight myself. It has been a very bad week for my diet. I really went off if it on Saturday and Sunday while I was in San Diego. I paid the price for it today. I lost a whooping .4 pound. sigh or better yet double sigh. But its okay aleast I did gain any weight. So much for my idea about losing 6 pound per week. I should have known better. The Human body can't lost that much weight in such a small time frame. So, I am going back to the drawing board and keep on trying. I didn't gain this weight over night so I should know it will not go away over night either.Until next week ciao
