Marvin and I are attempting to do the fat smash diet once again. We are a little more motivated this time around. We have a lot we want to get accomplished in 2009. And Our Health is at the top of the list, so that everything else will flow right in line. I think it will work this time.

That's great that you and Marvin are following it together. You can be each other's encourager with the eating and exercising. Also, you can give each other meal ideas.
