I allowed myself to have a grilled sticky today. I am not ready. I thought I could stop at only eating half and it was without ice cream but I ate the whole thing. I dont consider this a "cheat" or failure. I count calories and try to eat very healthy. For almost 3 months I have not had sugar, I wanted to see if I could handle it and in my heart I know I can not. So tomorrow at the birthday I will have yogurt not cake. That will be my treat.

I have not been exercising in the same old way. This week I am focusing on weights. I heard it jump starts your metabolism and apparently it worked because I lost some weight this week. yay!

Goal

To lose 2 more pounds bringing my total to 30 before we leave for Texas next Friday night.

Oh, lol. It is ummm. good question. Im asking my husband and he is looking at me and said its a its a...lol. Its almost like a cinnamon roll. Its rectangle. Its grilled in butter, sugar and cinnamon and I think honey.
