Well, the eating is slowly improving. I did really well on my calories, until the end of the day. I think I just need to drink a lot more water and I would have been able to stick to a better number of calories.
Didn't manage to get on the bike today, but had a wonderful day with friends. What a nice break.

Glad to hear your eating is improving. It takes a few days to get it all worked out. Take it one meal at a time. I heard that we shouldn't eat over a 400-500 calorie meal in one sitting (for women, men can eat more). I try to base my meals that way. If I happen to go under, then I can have some snacks. I'm usually not hungry in between meals, if I eat the right things. You will get there again. I probably should eat more calories per day than I do, but as long as I continue to lose, then I think when I have bad days (or weeks :X ), it will all work out together.

This is a great point about the meal size, when I was really in the groove last summer/fall I kept my meals to between 300-400. It helps to even out the hunger, so I'm not starving late in the day because I already used up my balance of calories. Thanks for all the encouragement!!! I seem to need it here in getting back in the groove. It's coming, just not as fast or as easily as when I started, but that's ok. I'm getting there, that's all that matters! :-)
