I went for a jog/walk today...went 2.5 miles...felt really good...weighed myself this morning at 105...wanted to cry..It has to be water weight though because I weighed myself after my exercise and I was down to 103...pretty ridiculous..so I am just going to figure out how to stick to my diet.. I just had fajitas...sooo delicious I have yet to enter it but I am sure I am guilty of eating too many calories... :( oh well...I will just try and have a light dinner. Hope everyone else is doing well..

Trying to lose weight is frustrating when the scale doesn't drop steadily. The sad thing is because you weight close to 100, your body doesn't burn a lot calories, so even when you diet you are going to lose weight much slower than you'd like. The good news is you only have a few pounds to lose to meet your goal. Do you see the diet calendar, it gives you an idea of how much you burn in a day. If I were you I'd eat a maintenance level and focus on burning calories with some exercise three - six times a week. Also, Google "why the scale lies" and read that to have a better understanding of how fat leaves our body. I think you look amazing as is, be careful not to let a diet plan turn Into a negative.... it can weigh down your mind. Remember its a good thing... your taking good care of your body!

Honestly I think you are so right...I absolutely hate exercise but it looks like its the only way I am going to start losing anything..Its frustrating because I usually eat maybe 2000 or more calories a day...I thought by reducing calories it would be enough..however that is not the case..I think I am just going to have to get my butt out there...grrr I hate that!
