I went to the movies last night. My treat was low fat frozen yogurt with real strawberries and diet coke. I have cut out softdrinks so it is a real treat to have a diet coke, and no calories so that is nice too. I brought a pre-microwaved 100 cal bag of popcorn with me as well. as long as I pre-plan I do well. and I ate dinner before I went so I wouldn't be starving!
I went to the gym yesterday and did 40min swimming and then 30 min of weight circuit training. back to the gym today and tomorrow. weigh-in is Monday!!!!
