I have not kept track of my eating for over 3 days now. My time just got away from me. Luckily, however, I think I have gotten into some decent habits especially regarding portion size. I did not gain any weight over the last three days so I think if I get back to doing what I know to do -- keep track of my food and exercise -- I'll continue my progress. Tai Chi today! I can't wait.
